Red Bull RB19 F1 Car | Unstoppable Power and Dominance

Do you know just how powerful the Red Bull RB19 really is? Without exaggeration, this car is on par with Mercedes’ W11 and can easily be ranked among the greatest and most dominant F1 machines in history. With near “cheat-code” performance, the RB19 absolutely ruled the 2023 season: 21 victories out of 22 races, a jaw-dropping 95.5% win rate, 14 pole positions, 11 fastest laps, and a record-breaking 860 points in the Constructors’ Championship.

So, why is the RB19 so strong? Let’s break it down.

Unlike cars that rely on a single advantage, the RB19’s strength comes from having no weaknesses at all. As Red Bull’s technical director Pierre Waché put it, “This car is average in all aspects — and that’s what makes it perfect.” Whenever major regulation changes shuffle the order, Red Bull found the right philosophy and development path early, securing a massive advantage in the budget-cap era.

One of its deadliest weapons lies in the suspension system — a true black box of F1 engineering. Red Bull stuck with a pull-rod front suspension but pushed the limits on the rear wishbone geometry. By maximizing anti-squat design, the RB19 barely moved under braking or acceleration, locking in an ultra-stable ride height. It delivered the feel of active suspension — but fully legal. Even with a full fuel tank, the car’s balance remained unshakable.

This gave the RB19 another unfair edge: tire management. By precisely controlling tire contact and wear, Verstappen could push for lap after lap while rivals saw their rubber smoking halfway through the race. Meanwhile, Red Bull’s floor and sidepod channels redefined aerodynamics. Sculpted edges and turbocharged airflow tunnels clung to the car’s body like magnets, squeezing every drop of performance out of the Venturi effect. The floor alone contributed over 60% of the downforce with near-zero drag.

That meant Red Bull could run larger rear wings without losing straight-line speed, while cornering like it was on rails. Even more frustrating for rivals, this floor was immune to ride height changes — no porpoising issues at all. While others fought setup nightmares, Red Bull crushed every track type with the same confidence.

And of course, the final piece is Max Verstappen himself. By 2023, Verstappen and the RB19 had fused into a single entity, reaching a state of perfect driver–car harmony. He extracted every ounce of performance, turning an unbeatable car into a season of pure domination.

The RB19 wasn’t just a race car — it was a weapon. A once-in-a-generation machine that made 2023 one of the most one-sided seasons in F1 history.
